How it works

We build the phone
Using a brand new phone and parts we micro solder our custom programmed board to the phone terminals and hook switch.
This gives the audio guest book the ability to record and playback messages!

Pick a plan that is suited for you
We have a wide range of different services available, from bespoke phones, candle stick phones and rotary phones; we can convert them all. Once you find the perfect phone for you, simply pull the trigger and enquire!

Record your greeting and send it over
Using any device, you record a simple greeting that will play before the beep when guests go to leave a message on the guestbook, and send it over to us!

Guests leave messages
We mail the audio guest book out and when it arrives simply plug it in, or connect the battery. Then place the rotary phone in a lovely space at the venue, and leave your guests to record their wishes throughout your wedding night!

Mail the phone back (if renting)
Simply post the phone back to us within the time frame specified for your package, and have your deposit returned to you once we check it out!

Retrieve the messages
If renting, we will retrieve the messages for you, then send them digitally, and post a physical medium if your package includes it.
If you have purchased the phone in full, you can simply plug it into a computer, and access them just like a USB stick!
